Joe provides legal representation to individuals and organizations in transportation, medical malpractice, insurance defense, and products liability litigation. A significant portion of Joe’s practice includes the defense of complex commercial motor vehicle accidents, and he frequently conducts rapid responses to such accidents to help ensure early evaluation and preservation of evidence. Joe has been successfully defending medical professionals and healthcare facilities throughout his legal career.
